Lychee Milkshake

Ingredients:
10 to 12 - lychees, peeled, deseeded
2 glass - chilled wholefat milk
1 tbsp - sugar
1 or 2 drops - vanilla essence
Method
1. Chop two lychees very fine, refrigerate, keep aside till required.
2. Put remaining lychees in an electric blender, add sugar.
3. Run till a smooth paste is formed.
4. Add milk, run till well blended and frothy.
5. Pour into individual glasses, which have been chilled already.
6. Top with a few pieces of chopped lychees.
7. Serve chilled.
